Rest
VERSE I
It’s something we both want
but we can’t have it now
tremble in my hands
what my head won’t allow
petrifying
the eyes which stare
make vulnerable a soul
whose caution lacks beware.

Oh no it comes to this
four eyed vision cut into fifths
desire direction to symbiosis
but you forgot your jacket and
the truth is brisk

We float like the trees
leaves in the fall
embers of rainbow
embrace the all
magnifying
my telescopic eyes
are all providing
even in the darkest night
BRIDGE
because they’re focused
focused, focused on you
while it’s dreaming, it’s streaming
the whole world is dreaming
lets rest together in the same weather
we’ve been looking for our entire lives. x6
