POETRY

Held Dearly

Abstract,
thoughts become
chastity imprisoning
to succumb.

Venture filled
eyes glance
hands cut off
for holding back
holding back.

Control becomes to much
Lost the Midas touch
treasures turn to rust
essence dries to dust

Fear explain to me
loss as winning
these hands forgot to hold
joints crack the old

remark founded
on changing tides
and truth turns to shallow lies
myself, my self

Book
without climax
Life
without relax.
want, please wait
no holding back
no holding back.

Minutes pass like turtles
taking time for granted
wind blows hallowly
hums a trash can symphony
refuse blows a trail
walked seldom
graceful waves accenting
ascending peacefully.

Oceans colored by crayons
sunset silhouette
crevasses, clouds creeping by
on the fly,
fleeting to a new horizon

Patient overworld
Diagnosed in the waiting room
a tongue has stopped
this viscous trend
waiting in the end.

Move me, move me
I don’t want to stay here
please don’t make me leave.

A million possibilities,
Don’t think at all.
given away
given a way, pause the broken record
begin eternal stay.
